The European catfish (Silurus glanis) is a predatory bottom-dwelling fish. This collection offers specimens from 12 to 15 cm, in classic or albino coloration.
Before purchasing, ensure your body of water is suitable: the catfish grows very large and quickly, it requires a large, deep pond, and it hunts fish smaller than itself. Therefore, it has no place in an ornamental pond with goldfish or young koi. Also, check local regulations regarding the introduction of species into the waters of your region.
For details on shipping live fish and the ideal time for introduction, please contact the Aquiflor team before ordering.
