A pond naturally accumulates waste: leaves, uneaten food, fish excrement, dead algae, and other organic matter. Over time, these residues settle on the bottom, between stones, in reed beds, or in areas with poor circulation.
Aquipond Boost & Clean is designed to give your pond a real deep clean. Thanks to its active oxygen-based action, it helps to loosen organic matter, bring it to the surface, and improve oxygenation conditions in areas heavily loaded with waste.
Once brought to the surface, this material can be removed using a net or collected by a skimmer.

How does Aquipond Boost & Clean work?
1. Immediate action on deposits
After being dispersed on the water's surface, Boost & Clean begins to act upon contact with accumulated organic matter.
Deposits on the bottom, stones, and certain submerged surfaces are gradually loosened.
2. Waste rises to the surface
Some of the released material then rises to the surface.
This is the important moment of the treatment: remove as much waste as possible with a fine-mesh net or let your skimmer collect it.
Whatever is removed from the pond can no longer decompose on the bottom.
3. The pond recovers better biological conditions
Reducing the organic load and providing active oxygen helps make the environment more favorable for beneficial bacteria.

What happens after the treatment?
The effect can be visible shortly after application.
In the following hours, waste and particles may start to detach and rise to the surface.
A light foam may also appear, and the water may temporarily become cloudy. This reaction is temporary.
During this period, regularly remove the floating waste.
The more you remove, the more effective the cleaning will be.

30 g per 1,000 liters of water

30 g per m³ of pond water.
In case of heavy organic matter accumulation, the application can be repeated if necessary, respecting a minimum of 15 days between two treatments.
How to use Boost & Clean?

Boost & Clean primarily performs the cleaning and waste-loosening work.
Bacteria then step in to assist in the biological degradation of the remaining organic matter.
For this reason, we advise continuing the treatment with Aquipond Bacto Maintenance a few days after cleaning.
If you use bacteria in your pond, always follow their usage recommendations, especially regarding any potential temporary shutdown of the UV lamp.
