Colombo Algisin is a liquid treatment for filamentous algae in ponds. It is available in 1,000 ml bottles for 10,000 litres, 2,500 ml for 25,000 litres, and 5,000 ml for 50,000 litres, and includes a water test kit.
Dose according to the actual volume of the pond and remove the detached filaments with a net. To limit their return, also address the underlying causes: excess nutrients, sludge, sunlight, and oxygenation.
